I just finished my, first, Christmas Tablescape for this year. I started with a red, Holiday tablecloth and my red, floral dinnerware, that I used last year, but it just wasn't working for me. So, after finally making up my mind, I decided to go with my simple, white tablecloth and plates and finish it with touches of red and gold and glitter and pearls. After nearly, three hours of tweaking, it's finally complete!
Here it is, with a whole lotta pictures...I sure hope you like it as much as I do!
Pearls and shiney, red glass, beads make a glamorous trail.
Grandma's precious, "poppit pearls" made the perfect napkin rings...do you remember them?
I loved sitting on her lap, popping and un-popping them, for hours!
More of Grandma's treasures.
I moved this Candlescape from our coffee table that I replaced with our Winter Terrarium.
More of those little details...vintage, golden shakers and our dinner bell.
A beaded napkin ring makes a festive votive holder...Epsom salt glitters on the inside and glitter in gold is sprinkled on the table all around.
A little chair glam!
The chandelier
A view from the entry and one last look!
Tomorrow I'll be working on my Full House Tour to share in partyland...but, right now I'm gonna go enjoy 12-12-12... the concert, it's been a really long day!
Love, Hugs and Kisses,
JP

I love your tweaking! The red, gold and pearls are perfect at Christmas and you certainly have an elegant tablescape! I really love the ribbon and ornament tied to your chair. The colors reach to the ceiling with the red ribbons in your chandelier. Have a great week!
