Countdown to Christmas Chalkboard Wreath

My Christmas decor is almost done and my tree should be up by this weekend. I put this countdown to Christmas wreath together last week.
I found the retro, chalkboard countdown sign at a little shop in Southport.

I thought it would be fun to center in inside a white grapevine wreath.

After it hung for a few days on our door in the kitchen I decided that it might look even better with my chippy, black one around it, too.
Burlap and red berries add a finishing touch of country.

Black, red and white are perfect for our kitchen.

I've got lots more to post and will be sharing them all as quickly as I can!

Diamond Dust Love & some more Hearts!

I recently discovered "diamond dust" and have fallen in love with it's diamond like sparkle...these are some wreaths that I made over the weekend.

I used it on the salt dough hearts and on the wreath's backing to accent the rustic, grapevine and give them some fancy glam!

Both are tagged and ready to be sold for the upcoming day of love or maybe someone's wedding.

I'm sure there are many uses for diamond dust and Bella from Bella's Rose Cottage was the one who turned me on to it's use. When I saw her post with these gorgeous, candle votives I knew I just had to try it on something, too!

Off to work on more V. day projects...I've got another "clubhouse" party coming up and I need to make a lot of people smile!
