A few new red transferware finds...I just couldn't resist!

I've been really, really good about not spending money for non  necessities. But, every once in a while, when I come across something that I love and it's priced so low I just can't resist!

Red transferware is my newest addiction and I found four beautiful pieces that I just had to add to my collection.

This first one is my new favorite...a tiny, little creamer. I just adore it!

It's the earliest make of my four pieces.

The second is this sweet, floral, sugar bowl.

A matching cup and saucer was the third piece of my find.

#4 made my heart beat for just $10!

It's a late 1800's dinner plate....now, I have to find more!

The last one was this tiny, 2 inch, personal creamer a more modern version, but still very appealing to me.

They're all on display in our bay window.

The tiny creamer quickly found a home in our terrarium.

Here's a look at the whole vignette with my cast iron scale.

It's holding my antique, Redcliff, ironstone tureen.

Allysum is happy in my distressed terra cotta pot.

I found this precious, floral creamer at my favorite, antique shop for a mere $3. Miss Minnie's Antique's, in downtown Shallotte, is my favorite place to "score." Don't miss visiting there, if you're in the area, and be sure to tell them I said, "hello!"

Playing with "grandma's" pearls

and a vintage, cloth bunny.

And the very first piece that started my collection!

More of my bay window vignette can be seen here.

I'll be back later this week to show you how my Easter tablescape turned out...here's a tiny peek!

Love, Hugs and Kisses,

JP
and Gucci, too!

You made some great finds. I would have bought them too. I have given up on the idea of not collecting/hoarding any more stuff. It is an addiction I admit it. Still, when I pop my clogs the kids can have one heck of an estate sale right
