An almost summer birthday dinner...Surprise!!!

An almost summer birthday dinner for my Tanya!

Surprise!!!
The celebration took place out on our enclosed porch.

Daisies were the perfect addition to the toolbox tote centerpiece...

especially because they are her favorites!

Teal blue and green was the color scheme that worked well with the surroundings and satisfied my color OCD.

It had a summer, southern country touch.

We made her a delicious dinner...sushi, crab rangoons and spring rolls were the starters.
Shrimp with lobster sauce, orange chicken and garlic sauteed green beans were the main course.

We kind of overate!

And played some games into the night and were able to appreciate the lights in our terrarium.

As always, we wished her a Happy, Happy Birthday!

and then said..... "SURPRISE, the place settings are yours to keep!"

Of course it ended with cake, but first there was time for an Insta and a Snap!

 Love, Hugs, and Kisses,
JP
and Gucci, too!

Sure looks like Tanya enjoyed her birthday surprise and wonderful dinner and everything, what more could she enjoy? How about a piece of that cake,my weakness, hers too?Great place to have the dinner and birthday surprise, you really do it up super. Hope there were cool breezes.
Seems like whole country is sweltering, we're expecting low 100's all week. sure glad hubs got the cooler going on time. With our ceiling fans and cooler, keeping curtains/ blinds closed stays pretty comfy in house, hope for you also.
Enjoy wonderful week

What a beautiful gift the whole thing was! And to give the place settings as a surprise gift -- such a great and thoughtful idea! I love your porch -- that's my dream porch. I have a screened gazebo I spend a ton of time in during the summer and fall months before the cold and snow return!
