A Candlescape in My Rusty Vintage Scale

Isn't it funny how some things, that most people just toss in the trash, get scapped up and loved by someone like me or maybe even you?

This rusty, old scale,  just needed a new purpose and using it as a hanging candlescape
just seemed like a no brainer to me!

I found the perfect spot for it.... it, now, hangs in our living room's, front window.

It looks just right in between our, two, hanging, burlap planters.

Rust with a little bit of glam...

my kinda style!

I'm sure this won't be it's only use...I'm thinkin' of a collection of old bottles, filled with fresh cut flowers, as we get closer to spring!

Wanna see where I found it? It's the best place in Dutchess County!

Love, Hugs and Kisses,
JP

Man how adorable is this??? What a great find that old scale is and love how you've added the candles -- I bet it's a beautiful site in the window lit up at night!

Hi JP, just love this candlescape on the scale. The mix of rust and elegant is perfect. Also your hanging planters on each side look great with the burlap fabric.
So inspiring. I'd like to find a scale like that.
Thank you for sharing.
Hugs, Celestina Marie

Oh, I think it is perfect! I am always surprised when I go the last couple hours of an estate sale, and all of the good rusty stuff is still left!!! Thank you for pinning my dress form!

Wow, that looks so pretty. It's always great to reuse something unloved and tossed away and make something beautiful.
